Hello!
I’ll be sadly moving out, so we’re looking for a new flatmate to take over my room in our cosy 3-bed flat in a peaceful part of Edinburgh.

* Sharing with two lovely and kind guys

* Steve - manager at a local board game shop. He also enjoys testing them out with friends on Sundays. We've bookshelves of them, so perfect if you’re a fellow enthusiast!
* Pierre – Maths tutor at the University of Edinburgh and works at the local shop. Enjoys bouldering, cats, and photography.

They’re both really friendly and considerate people - you'll enjoy their company! Casual chats in the kitchen, occasional movie/game/pizza night, while also respecting each other’s space.

Location & transport:
* Quiet, leafy neighbourhood with Blackford Hill just 15 minutes’ walk away.
* Only 20 minutes by bus into the city centre
* Excellent transport links: 5, 11, 16, 23, 36, 38. Bus stop just across the road
* Local shop downstairs, large supermarkets nearby, Aldi 12 minutes by bus
