Double Room Available in Morningside

Hello!

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy. The flat is situated in a lovely and quiet street in Morningside, which is very close to the Waitrose, bus stops, cafes, and other important amenities. It's about a 5 minute walk to Bruntsfield and a 10 minute walk to the Bruntsfield Links.
It is a double bedroom with quite a lot of floor space, and comes with a bed, desk, desk chair, bedside table, one large cupboard, and one set of drawers. There is one shared bathroom in the flat, a kitchen, and a living space. There is also plenty of storage in the flat, and we have access to the garden.

You will be sharing with two women in their mid twenties. They are both professionals and enjoy a calm living space but also enjoy spending time with each other. This is also a queer friendly flat!

They are looking to share with a woman/non binary, who is of similar age and a professional is preferred. We would consider a student if you are willing to contribute to the council tax and have a UK based guarantor.

Rent and Bills:
Rent: £750 per month
Bills: £45. 33 each per month (This includes the wifi)
Council Tax Band E: £130 each per month
Deposit: £500
