Large double room in Morningside

Large double room in beautiful big flat in Morningside. The flat itself is a bright and tidy flat. It is furnished and the bedroom advertised comes with a bed & mattress, a cupboard, a bedside table and a built in cupboard/storage place.

The street the flat is on has multiple shops, restaurants, cafes and much more to enjoy. It really is a beautiful place to live

My current flatmate is moving out on the 30th of November so I will be looking for someone to move in on December 1st. The flat has two large double bedrooms and the new tenant would be staying in the bigger room.

There is parking however you will need to purchase a permit.

Hello, I am Rachel the current tenant in the flat who you could possible share with! I’m 23 years old I love going out with friends on my days off. I am a very friendly, chatty person however I do like my own space to wind down. I would love to have nights in the flat we could watch movies, have dinner with/without a drink!

I work for Ryanair based out of Edinburgh airport so I work a shift pattern of 5 days on/3 days off. I work one week earlies and one week lates rotated. This does mean I am looking for someone who can respect that I will be in bed some weeks at 7pm and can have little to no noise during this time. This does not mean to say I do want friends round as that’s not the case it’s just to be mindful of my shifts as I will be to yours too.
