Short-term let in Morningside (1st to 30th July)

My bedroom (with a double bed, plenty of wardrobe space) is temporarily available from 1st until 30th of July, and I’m ideally looking for someone (or a couple) to stay for the full period as I’ll be in London. The room is currently furnished with my things, but I’m very happy to move them into our spare room if needed!

This is perfectly suitable for Edinburgh visitors/students looking for a short-period living place, or professionals on a work trip. The rent is £250 per week, which includes all bills and tax; longer or shorter stays can be discussed if necessary.

Beddings will be prepared and the room will be cleaned before your arrival.
The flat is a 3b1b, located next to Morningside Waitrose with direct links to the city centre, station, Leith, and universities. You’ll be sharing with two easy-going, respectful and sociable flatmates. Basic kitchen wares are provided. The room is fully furnished, the flat is on the second floor, gets a lot of natural light (as pictured), and there are two large storage rooms. It’s a very peaceful neighbourhood/area but still not far from the city centre, with lots of cafés, restaurants and shops nearby.

I’m in Edinburgh until June 30th, so I’m happy to meet for a chat/viewing if you’re interested, either in person or virtually.
