Small room overlooking garden

Peaceful small furnished room with internal staircase overlooking south facing garden in Morningside with good bus routes and just a short walk from Morningside shops ,cafes bars etc .Rent includes all bills , council tax and WiFi .
Room is off the kitchen and is quite cold in the daytime .I am looking for someone mature and independent who enjoys a sociable chat now and then but is basically getting on with their own life and is happy in their own space . Works well for an outdoor lover person ..The house works best for people who work normal (ish ) hours Sorry but not really suitable for home workers . We have a large kitchen / garden room . Also a secure porch to store your bike and some on street free parking
