Description
Rent: £575 plus bills (possibly subject to change with the change in tenancy)
Council tax band: D
Flatmate: One female who works as a paralegal. Works from home two days per week. Friendly and enjoys reading, crochet, languages, watching rugby, and spending time with her family's dog. She is introverted and a very tidy flatmate but also keen for hanging out at weekends, playing board games, having movie nights or going to the pub.
Location: Close to Craiglockhart hill with the 23 bus stop outside the flat, a 10min walk to the 27 bus stop, or a 15min walk to the frequent buses on Morningside road (11, 16, 23, 36, 5). Shops, cafes, Sainsbury's local, M&S and Waitrose all on Morningside road and 30min walk to Lidl on Slateford road.
Amenities: Kitchen, living room, shared bathroom and unfurnished bedroom with limited storage space. There is an off street guest parking permit which can be used if you have a car.
Fully electric flat with electric heating. We intentionally sought out a cosy flat so it would be easy and more affordable to heat in Winter.
The Letting Agency has been brilliant at responding to maintenance requests and I couldn't recommend them higher.
The flat is on the third (top) floor and has really friendly neighbours.
Looking for a new female flatmate, roughly in their 20's, who is kind, clean and keen for a cosy and calming space. If you are interested, please send a message with a bit about yourself. We aim to confirm the new flatmate by 1st February so there is plenty of time to complete any required paperwork with the letting agency.
