Room available in Morningside with Uofe students

Looking for a flatmate to join our lovely, spacious flat in Morningside. We are 5 UofE students aged 19-21 who will be going into third year across a variety of subjects.

Large living room with 3 sofas (reclining) and a TV, as well as a large kitchen with cupboard space for each person, 2 fridges and a freezer. We also have our own washing machine and dishwasher. Rent is 850pm, with cheap bills around 30pm. The bedroom available has a double bed, wardrobe, multiple sets of drawers and a velux window. There are 2 bathrooms, both with baths and showers (currently split as a girls bathroom and boys bathroom).

We are ideally looking for a UofE student within our age range who is clean and social. We regularly go to the cinema, theatre and pub. It's a great mix of sporty, creative, and relaxed people who often cook and chill together.

Great bus links available to main campus, Kings buildings, new town and divinity school. These are also all within walking distance.
