The flat is a spacious 4 bedroom flat in central Morningside. We share a large living room and a separate kitchen complete with a dishwasher that has been newly renovated. The new tenant will share a recently renovated bathroom with one other tenant as the two other bedrooms, which are upstairs, have en-suites.
The room has a double bed, desk, a big wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and an armchair. We live close to many bus routes and are near many shops. The charity shops are really good, there are nice bakeries, multiple grocery shops close by, and we're also close to many parks.
We're all friends and get along well. Two of us have been here for nearly three years. You'd be welcome to join us with our plans but no pressure if you don't want to.
We're looking for someone who's nice, clean, understands their responsibility in shared accommodation, and happy to join three others who will try to be the best possible flatmates. You would also need to pass the referencing checks of our letting agency.
The council tax band is E and this equates to £61 a month. We know students can be exempt from this but we are looking for someone who would contribute to it. Our wifi is £8 a month and our energy is roughly £40 a month. Although the energy cap is due to go up so this will probably change :( This will be on top of the £750 rent.
