Kingsize room to rent in top floor flat. Room has kingsize bed, triple wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table/desk and bedside cabinet.
Flat is a bright top floor flat with lift and parking permit in private grounds. It has a balcony, shared bathroom with shower over bath, kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, shared sitting room.
All bills and internet included.
I am a former college lecturer., now work for a local letting agent.
The property located in the heart of Morningside, with good transportation link to different part of Edinburgh, including 5, 11, X15, 16, 23, 36, 38, 41. The bus stop is only 2- 4 minutes’ walk from home and most of the bus can take you to the city centre directly in 15 - 20 minutes. The property is also nearby Edinburgh Napier Merchiston campus (12 minutes walk) and with bus 36 and 41, it can take you to Edinburgh Napier Craiglockhart campus, Edinburgh University King Building respectively.
The property also within 5 - 10 minutes walking distance to different supermarket, including Sainsbury, Marks and Spencer, Waitrose. There are also local charities, vegetable shop, gift shop, cafe, stationery shop, takeaway, bakery, convenience stores, library, post office within short walking distance. I’m looking to preferably take in female Erasmus students for 3-6 months master/PHD as that works best for me. But happy to be flexible for the right person. 😀👍
