I am looking for someone who will take over my lease for premium en-suite room at Queen Margaret University campus from January (date can be negotiated) for 6 months (till 14th of June). This fully furnished spacious room is located in a quiet 4 bedroom flat and features a double bed, en-suite bathroom and fully equipped shared kitchen. The all-inclusive rent includes: electricity and heating bills, basic contents insurance, internet connection, 24/7 security and CCTV, onsite maintenance team, residence life program.

The campus is well served by public transport: Musselburgh train station is located right next to the campus and the journey to Edinburgh Waverley station takes only 6 minutes; Lothian Buses N30 and N45 stop on campus.
