Spacious bright double room, M-Friday

I have a room for let in Musselburgh- you might not be familiar with it but it is essentially the edge of Edinburgh.
The journey from the flat to the city centre is 6 minutes on the train, & the station is 5 from the flat by foot so you can do the maths! If you work in the city centre [like me] it is perfect. It's also really easy to get to by car as is right off the city bypass.

The room is recently available because I've split with my partner and could do with a lodger to help with the mortgage/bills.
It is a bright and spacious double room with wardrobe space.

Looking for £425 a month inc bills.

I'm a 31 year old professional female and work 9-5.30pm

In the evening I like cooking and chilling out, sometimes yoga, sometimes jogging, sometimes wine.
