Single Furnished Bedroom for Rent - Musselburgh

We are a family who stay in the town of Musselburgh. We have a single room available for rent, it is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, drawers, bedside cabinet, radiator, You would have use of bathroom with shower over the bath on the same floor. Access to fully fitted kitchen, washing machine, broadband, towels and bed linen are provided.

This is a quiet location in Musselburgh and with Edinburgh easily commutable by car, bus or train. The Train station is a short walk away with regular service into the city centre (11 min journey), bus stop is a 5 minute walk away with a regular bus service into town.

There are shops, cafés, pubs, and restaurants and gym close by. The house is located close to the beach and lovely walks to the coast. There is parking beside our house.

£100 deposit is required.. Rent payments to be paid at the start of the month.

Bills/broadband are included in the rent. Buy own toilet products.

References required.

We enjoy welcoming new people, but we also appreciate people want their own space. as well.
