The beach is a 2 minute walk from the flat and a 5 minute walk to the beautiful River Esk. Excellent local amenities on your doorstep and excellent public transport to take you into Edinburgh city center and Queens Margaret university. There are plenty of car parking spaces if you need one and a small stone shared garden.
