I have a very bright and comfortable flat available. It is priced at £800 (all inclusive) as you will have the flat to yourself as I will be staying out of the flat for the duration. it is a two bed.

I am selling the property this summer so I will need to be in and out for viewings which is reflected in the price.

Its a really quiet location and very close to the train station and 6 minutes into town on the train. There are buses into town very regularly also.

The flat has views on to the sea which is a stones throw away for nice evening walks or morning dips (if you are brave!). It also has its own garden.

The room is really sweet. Its very quiet and has the most amount of direct sunlight in the whole flat.
