Double Room In New Build

Double room to rent in a 3 bed semi/detached new build in Musselburgh.
Short walk to Wallyford train station, a couple of minutes walk to the bus stop. Train takes 10 minute to waverley, and the bus 30 minutes.

There is a kitchen, lounge, garden, driveway, 3 bedrooms (although one is a dressing room/office), and 2 bathrooms.

The price includes the rent and all bills, including sky and a weekly cleaner.

I have a friendly cat.

I’m usually around but do like to travel/explore Scotland on a weekend. Would be nice to socialise in/out the house, but also enjoy my own space.

I enjoy the outdoors and working out/running. Also enjoy a wine! The house is a very chill place, I don’t have people round for parties etc!
