All bills including sky in the bedroom are included. £500 deposit to be paid upfront to secure room (due to a time waster that was moving in and has now disappeared). I have 2 dogs and 2 cats who are limited to the kitchen and livingroom, you would have to be interactive with pets - they are all very friendly and just want attention. Relaxed friendly atmosphere, must clean up behind yourself. Kitchen, bathroom and livingroom are all shared. livingroom and bathroom are functional but need updated. Kitchen has the usual cooker, microwave and dishwasher. There is a garden and driveway but I’m not much of a gardener, you’re welcome to help with them, or not, as you please.

Good public transport connections, few minutes walk to bus stop and less than 10 minute walk to Wallyford train station with trains take around 10 minutes to get to Edinburgh Princes Street.

You’d be sharing with me and one other lodger, we both work and study. Hoping to find someone that will compliment the relaxed atmosphere of the house. None smoker preferred definitely no smoking in the house
