I’m looking for a lodger to share my cozy housing association flat in the lovely area of Pinkie Braes. It’s a great location—just a stone’s throw from bus routes, a 5-minute walk to the train station, and only 2 minutes on foot to Morrisons. The High Street is a short 5-minute bus ride away, making it super convenient for shops and local amenities. I’m a friendly and easy-going guy who enjoys gaming and spending time with friends, but I generally keep to myself. This whole flat-sharing thing is new to me, so I’m hoping to find someone who’s laid-back, respectful, and easy to get along with. The bedroom is partly furnished and ready for someone to make it their own. Rent and bills are shared, and all the details can be discussed directly.
