Location & Transport
The house is well connected, with bus routes 26 and 44 just a 2–3 minute walk away, providing direct access to Edinburgh Waverley.
Additional nearby bus routes (46, 48, 140, 141) are around a 5-minute walk through a small park. The journey to the city centre takes approximately 45 minutes.
Trains from Wallyford or Musselburgh reach Edinburgh in around 12 minutes.

The Area
This is a quiet residential area with free on-street parking. There are lovely walks nearby along the River Esk and the seafront. A gym, restaurants, and takeaways are all close by.
Portobello is just a few bus stops away, offering a beautiful beach and promenade. The local park is also a peaceful place to relax, especially in warmer months.
