Double ensuite in Musselburgh

Available from Jan 1 for a maximum of 12 months. Rent is £170 per week, all bills included.

The room is a double room with small ensuite showerroom on the 2nd floor (attic ceilings) of my house. There are 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and separate sitting room (with dining table) on this floor making it a semi self contained flat (with own laundry facilities).

We (myself, husband, mother, dog & cat) live downstairs on the 1st and ground floors of the house which is also a B&B in summer.

The other room is currently occupied by a male, 25, professional.

It is on Linkfield Rd, a direct bus route (113/124) into the city centre (Princes Street) taking officially 38mins.

Wallyford Station is 4 mins drive and there is plenty parking.

Parking at home is on-street, free & unrestricted but very busy. A non driving lodger would be preferred.

We are looking for someone who works away from home during the day. You can be a student or professional.

The house is opposite Musselburgh Racecourse and golfcourse, a 10 min walk into the town.
