Bus stop to all areas of East Lothian and city centre is just a 4 minute walk.
Services 26 - gets you to town 30 minutes
Service 44 - gets you to town in 25 minutes
Services 124 and 113 l- town in 25 minutes
Services 46 and 48 serve fort kinnaird and rial infirmary, fort in 25mins and royal in 35mins

Mussleburgh train station is 20 minute walk or 10 minutes by bus.

The flat would suit someone who is looking to stay within a quiet flat, also must be tidy and respectful of property and the furniture within.

I am a gay male so the flatmate would need to be gay friendly.

Non smoker (that includes vapes)
