Short term cozy rental by the sea

I am looking for someone to rent my place for two months while I am on a trip. From February to the end of march. Longer if needed.

Its a lovely space in a tranquil setting and a stones throw from the beach. Its ideal for a couple who want a bit more space or two friends looking to have a bit of a quieter life style for a bit. Easy access to the city. £1200 is roughly what it costs me to run the flat. Just looking for someone who can look after it for me while I am away.

The flat can come with our without my adorable cat Simba who often goes to his neighbours across the hall (who are lovely).

There is some flexibilty on the dates but not the price. I would accept someone longer term to just rent a room if this suited someone who was a good fit for me.

I am 48, singer/alternative therapist. Happiest outside in my van or on the beach in all weathers.
