My name’s Eilidh and there will be a large, bright double room becoming available within a 2 bed flat, with the lease starting mid June. The total rent is £900p/m which would be split between us + bills (about £50 a month) with 1 month’s rent as a deposit. The room can be furnished or unfurnished, whatever you would prefer! I have included pictures before & after. I would be looking for someone willing to split the council tax (open to students or professionals) which is Band B! ⭐
The flat is newly refurbished with 2 free car parks right outside, very modern and is located in Musselburgh, which has excellent transport connections, being a 7 minute train journey into Edinburgh Waverley or a 30 minute bus to Princes Street. The flat is in a prime location, being just off the main high street with all the shops you could need, near to the beach and a 1 minute walk to the bus stops.
As you would be living alongside myself, I would love to have someone similar move in 🥰 I am from the Highlands, 22 and working full time in healthcare. I am sociable but enjoy my own space, keeping busy in the gym and partial to pub night.
The flat is rented privately and the landlords have always been fab, staying near and popping over to help whenever we have asked 💓
