I have a double room available in my ground floor flat in musselburgh. It's a beautiful Edwardian flat with oak floors high ceilings and a bay window, all recently decorated and fully furnished. Musselburgh is very close to Edinburgh (effectively joined to it so like more like a suburb) just 6 minutes on the train which is a 20 minute walk away or around a half hour by bus to the city centre. It has a private front garden and a shared rear garden. It's 5 minutes walk to the beach or river and very close to Tesco Lidl and Aldi. Rent is £800 with bills on top ( around another £100-150 ) council tax band c. Room is available from August for 4 months but would consider shorter period.
