Must like cats as there is one in the house, your own pets are welcome as well.
Musselburgh is a great area - nice and quiet with great transport links into Edinburgh, lots of bus routes couple minutes walk from house also wallyford train station is a 10 minute walk away.
There is also a private driveway and plenty on street parking in the area.
20 minutes walk to high street and 2 minutes walk to local shop
