1 Spacious Double Bedroom for rent

My spacious and well decorated flat is located in Musselburgh, nearby the Racecourse. It is only a 1 minute walk from the bus stop and 5 minute walk to the Wallyford Train station. This is ideal for getting in to town or Queen Margaret University. My street is very calm and peaceful.

I live in this flat alongside my very friendly miniature dachshund, Pablo.

I have a private back garden, balcony, kitchen, livingroom and bathroom with a bath tub and separate shower, all of which are shared amenities with myself.

I am looking for a mature student or someone in a profession. Guests are welcome but advanced notice is required.

I work as a personal trainer and will often be out of the house, however when I’m home I enjoy to go dog walks and be adventurous in the large woodland area next to my flat which leads to the beach. It would be great if you enjoyed this too for some company.
