Double room available in two bedroom flat. Less than 10 minutes walk to Musselburgh train station and Musselburgh town - Great transport links into Edinburgh (7 mins on the train and 35 mins on the bus). Less than 2 minutes walk to bus stop for 48 and 46 buses which go through Fort Kinnaird Shopping Centre and Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh hospital. Free on street parking also available. Rent is £561 each month and includes WiFi. £55 of this is allocated to cover bills. If the bills exceed this amount, the remaining balance is paid to the landlord in three monthly instalments. Council tax will be split between us and works out at about £75 per person. Looking for a flatmate who is tidy and quiet like myself - I work as a nurse so would love to share with someone who also works in the same profession and will treat the flat as their home. The room includes a double bed, wardrobe, bedside locker, desk, chair, full length mirror and X2 lamps.
