Double room in Musselburgh

Double room in characterful Musselburgh ground floor apartment. It is next to the shared bathroom. The room overlooks the lovely patio garden. There is also a drying green beyond.
Furniture can be added to the room e. g a desk.
I am friendly but will give you your privacy.
The living room is shared, if you want to use it.
My grandaughter previously used this bedroom and there are some scribbles on one wall, which I will paint over.
You are welcome to put pictures etc on the wall that are to your taste.
The apartment is just down from QMU uni and the railway station with regular trains into Edinburgh, which take approx 8 minutes. There are bus stops near the property with regular buses to fort kinnaird, Portobello, Edinburgh and beyond. Musselburgh itself is an attractive town with plenty amenities.
One months notice either way will be required.
