Double room w garden, short walk to the beach

I recently moved to Musselburgh from Edinburgh. The flat is in a quite location while being well conacted. It has a private garden with a shed for bike storage, is a 15 min walk away from the beach, 10 min from Company bakery, 5 min from the High street and a big tesco and has great bus links into Edinburgh and the Lothians. There is free on street parking.

I am in the process of furnishing the flat including the bedroom, which is available to rent from 15 Nov. I will post photos shortly.

The bedroom has beautiful hard wood floors and will be furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. (I could rent it unfurnished aa well, so get in touch if you are interested in that.)

The shared spaces are kitchen, bathroom with shower over bath and living room with dining table.

I am looking for a chill person that respects the space, likes to have a chat and gets on with their own stuff.

I work for an environmental research institute 4 days a week from home and would prefer a flatmate that is out during the day. I am also a visual artist, so you would have to be cool with the occasional creative chaos in the living room.

I plan to adopt a cat in the near future, so you would need to be supportive of that.
