Room Available — Peaceful House Near QMU & Seaside 🌿

I’m relocating closer to my new office in New Bridge, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room.

The house is ideally located — just 1 minute from the bus stop and 5 minutes from the train station, making it super convenient for commuting to the city. You’ll also find a Co-Op 3 minutes away, the seashore about 15 minutes’ walk, and QMU just 7 minutes on foot. The map for some reason shows incorrect location.

It’s a calm, peaceful area with a spacious garden that catches the sun from noon until sunset. The room itself faces the sunset side, so you won’t be woken up by morning rays.

The bathroom is shared and located on the second floor. The house stays pleasantly warm — we haven’t even needed to turn on the heating yet!

Your current (soon-to-be ex) flatmate is a 54-year-old male, quiet and friendly, who enjoys playing piano occasionally and spends most evenings away with his kids. He’s likely moving out around late December, so you may even get a say in choosing the next flatmate.
