We are looking for a quiet and tidy flatmate for the 2nd/ third bedroom. The room is suitable for a student or professional, we don't mind which, but an easy going and considerate personality would be an advantage!

The double sized bedroom is situated within a fully furnished flat with shared amenities; modern equipped kitchen, bathroom and a comfortable lounge. We also have a pleasant private garden with outdoor seating area along with a balcony shared with adjoining flat, also with seating. Private parking space available but there's ample on street parking. All bills are split by agreement.

The large first floor flat is located just off Musselburgh high street in a good central location for shops and amenities. There are convenient bus and Nightbus links to/from Edinburgh from the high street and Queen Margaret University is also close by and can be reached by bus in around 15 mins.
