Double room to rent ,mezzanine balcony in large room with double bed up top and with single guest bed below , large double wardrobe and two seater couch all in room. Timed electric heating. Potential flatmate would share with live in landlady at various times of month so communal areas bathroom, kitchen/ living room sometimes solely used by lodger. Other times landlady and her partner will share the facility's. Living room / kitchen Has wood burner stove and electric under floor heating, fitted L shaped couch built in kitchen integrated washing machine. Bathroom shower toilet wash hand basin would prefer long term professionals single or couple , but anyone coincided but sorry no DSS All bills included except personally used electricity ( payment meter )
