Double room available in family home,

Hi there.
We have a double room to let in our family home.
It is on the ground floor of our house with access to the shared bathroom on the same level. You would have use of the kitchen , living area and washing machine. We are looking for a non smoker. There is on street parking if you have a car.
We are 5 minutes walk from musselburgh train station so it’s very easy to commute to Edinburgh. (8 minutes by train, 1 stop ). Bus stop 2 minutes away and very close to the A1 and city bypass.
We are looking for someone to fit in to our family home. We have had students who lived in the room with doors and windows closed with wet washing drying in the room and clothes lying all over the place and this is definately not what we want. A mature professional would be much more suited to this room.
