Situated at the back of the property it is very peaceful.

Shared bathroom and shower next door to bedroom, also use of kitchen facilities as desired.

The wallyford train station is twenty minutes walk or Musselburgh forty minutes walk takes you into Waverley Edinburgh city within 8 mins. Directly outside the front of house a bus stop which has the choice if two buses going directly into city centre

Only looking for female lodger for short term rent of one month up to three months. No time wasters do not contact if your a male. Thanks
