Spacious king size room available

Hi everyone,
I have a large king size room available in nice bright 2 bedroom flat, overlooking the local park 😊

The location is very close to Fort Kinnaird retail park, ASDA, and next to the train station, with several gyms very close by also. There are very good transport links, and you can get into the city centre in 10 mins on the trains (which are regular). There are regular buses too. It's also a very good location if you have a car, as you can get straight onto the A1 and the city Bypass. There is loads of free parking 😊

I have a lovely affectionate cat named Amoretto! So you would have to be ok with cats. I'm definitely open to anyone with a cat as have had another cat living with us recently, and they were great company for each other. However this would have to be trialled to ensure they got along ok 😊

I'm a professional (Occupational Therapist), and I'm used to house sharing, as have had to do it for years. I am very easy going- Love nature and art 😊 and would be keen to live with someone who has a similar vibe.

Total with bills comes to £650.
Council tax band is B.
