New cutlery and crockery available in the kitchen for day to day use.
For hygiene purposes, pillows and duvet are not included, however they can be bought for £50 if you would like to keep them. Otherwise you are allowed to bring your own.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house. It is allowed in the garden area though.
