Double room 2 minutes from George Square

I have a double room available between Nicolson Street and George Square, making it really centrally located.
The room is in a flat shared with 2 female flatmates who are friendly, considerate and clean and tidy. We tend not to have parties often and don't go out much either so the flat is a good place to rest and study.
I would love to stay on in the flat but I have an internship in Europe so I won't be able to stay for this semester.
The room has a comfy double bed, a desk with drawers, a mirror and a chair, plus a wardrobe. It has a ledge under the window which serves as a really nice window seat or display space.
The kitchen has all the essentials, a washing machine, dishwasher, hob, oven, toaster, etc.
The bathroom has a tub/shower and a towel heating rack.
Our landlord is really helpful with any issues we have which makes it an easy place to stay.
If you're new to the area this is a great place to stay, the uni gym is 5 minutes away. Tesco, Sainsbury's and Lidl are all a block away and George Square is also a block away.
