2 PhD students looking for a third flatmate

We're two PhD students (Ella and Hannah) and we're going into our first and second years of PhD's in Chemistry.

We're moving into a friends flat but need a third flatmate!
The house is really nice and has all the stuff you would want (it even has a little spare room!).
There isn't a separate living room but the kitchen is big and has a little living room/sofa space type thing

We're looking for preferably a PhD/final year student for council tax reasons. We're looking for someone sociable, clean and easy-going.
