Cosy and Convenient Flat in City Centre

The flat is ideally located for professionals and students alike. The room for rent has a comfortable double bed, under-bed storage, bookshelves, drawers and a cupboard for hanging clothes. The kitchen has a microwave, fridge-freezer, oven and gas cooker. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. The living room has a television and comfortable sofa.

The cost of the room includes rent, all bills including council tax, high-speed internet and gas and electricity (renewable energy supplier).

We are a couple with a tiny dog who live in the Highlands during the Spring, Summer and Autumn for work but come back once a month or so and therefore will keep one of the rooms to use.

The new flatmate should be clean and tidy, respectful of the space and others in the building (we have a good relationship with the neighbours).
