Short Term- Amazing Location, massive room!

I'm renting out my room for about three months, starting from August till November - but other arrangements can be discussed.

The flat is in an amazing location, 5 mins from Edinburgh Uni, Meadows, Arthur's Seat, Tesco/Lidl and Sainsbury's, and lots of bus connections (on Clerk St).

The room is massive with a double bed, a desk, wardrobe, bookshelves, and another smaller room with a window. There is also an electric heater (you never know, you might need it in summer in Edinburgh!) ;) The house has a big kitchen and a bathroom and it is on the third floor. The area is very quiet and the room is on the backyard.

The other housemates: two amazing girls! Katja, a German girl who works as a receptionist and does shifts (sometimes early morning or late nights) with a passion for gin and Carmen, an English girl who's doing her PhD at UoE. They are both lovely, clean, and respectful. They would love to share a meal and a glass of wine/gin, but they are busy girls.
Obviously, given the situation, Katja is at home and might go back to work in August while Carmen is back at home with her family but might come back towards the end of September.

I'm looking for someone who could take the room starting from August till November, I'd prefer someone who can this whole time, but shorter leases might also be considered.
Alternatively, there is Carmen's room which is same size as mine and it is available for around a month (end of July).

We want someone who is clean, respectful and friendly. We like to have our kitchen tidy :) There is a nice relaxed atmosphere and vibe in the flat and we would like to maintain it :) We would also like to meet the person beforehand. Given the situation, online tours can also be organized ;)

The original price is 450£ per month, plus bills which are about 70£. At the moment, however, rent has been decreased to 360£ because our landlord is amazing! We don't know for how long, but we hope till the end of the summer.
