Large Double Room, Newington, Meadows, Edinburgh

Hello, I'm planning on moving out from my room by the end of June and looking for someone to replace me in this large, lovely double room in a 4 bedroom flat in Newington. High ceilings and huge window provide a bright and spacious environment. The room is in the rear of the flat and therefore quiet.

The flatmates are a Spanish guy, a French guy and a Belgian girl, really nice and cool people.
The flat is located in a very nice area, really close to the city center and to Edinburgh uni, the Meadows and with several shops and pubs nearby.
Sainsburys and Lidl are within walking distance and so are the Newington pharmacy and the Post Office.

Rent is £530 pcm. Bills are not included but we all share the costs and it all comes up to roughly £15 a month, obviously depending on the season that varies. Broadband costs are managed by one of the guys here. Sharing the costs comes to roughly £6.25 each.
