Double rooms in lovely central flat

Update: we only have the smallest room available. Before viewing note that the room is quite small, but it does have a double bed.

Our current flatmate are moving out so we are looking for a new flatmate to replace her.
The flat has a big communal living room with lovely big windows.

We are very sociable and enjoy spending time together but also respect each other's space.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from Tesco, Sainsbury's and Lidl. Only 5 minutes from the Arthurt seat and 10 minutes from Princes street.


We are professionals and a masters student and would rather live with professionals but would be happy to live with postgraduate students if you are willing to split the council tax.
