Double room available in Newington area

Hello,

I have one double bedroom available in a lovely two bed flat on St. Leonard's Street. Rent is only £360 and bills (council tax, broadband, gas & electric) are roughly £135.

The room is fully furnished with bed, drawers and desk. There is also a large in-built cupboard.

I am a young professional who is currently doing a mix of office/home working. I'm usually out a few nights a week and occasionally away at weekends. I like to have friends round for dinner or a drink and would happy for you to do the same!

I am looking for another young professional to move in. I'm pretty laid back and happy to socialise together but equally don't mind if you'd prefer to keep to yourself.
