Hi there!

We are Henny, Kadi and Adrienne, and we are currently looking for a new flatmate to join our 4-bedroom flat share in Newington permanently.

The flat is perfectly situated between Arthur's Seat and the Meadows, with lots of shops and cafes roundabout. It is the ideal location from which to head into the city centre or go for a lovely walk in Holyrood Park.

We are three young professionals, currently doing a mix of working from home and going into work. During the day we're all working and in the evening, we usually come together in the kitchen – making dinner each, catching up, or maybe watching a movie. Our flat is a sociable and homely place and while we all have our own interests, we also like to spend time together, whether it's having a cup of tea or a cheese and wine night in the flat, or heading out for dinner or drinks occasionally.

We all love good food and drink, travel, going for walks and getting out and about at the weekends. A recurring topic of conversation in the flat is all the latest bar/restaurant openings in Edinburgh, especially near the flat!

The flat is on the first floor and consists of a big kitchen/dining area which is the heart of the flat, a spacious hallway, two bathrooms – one of which has been done up only last year – and plenty of storage. As the flat has been used as a flat share for a long time, it is fully equipped with everything you could need.

The room for rent is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and a big window with wooden shutters.

We are looking for a new long-term tenant for a free room in our four bedroom-flat at a monthly rent of £575. The room is available for move in as of now.

For Council tax we fall into Band E which is £52.42 monthly and paid on top of rent. Other bills covering WIFI (fibre optic), gas and electricity currently add up to around £50 a month each on average.
