Double Room in 2 Bed Top Foor Flat

The room is a large double. It is bright due to a south-facing double-glazed window. It is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of draws and mirror.

The shared space is a combined kitchen living area. Well equipped kitchen in which you would have your own cupboard and small fridge. The living space has a TV, a pair of sofas and a small fold-out table.

Then there is the shower room, with shower, sink and toilet. In addition, we have a sperate toilet, so no waiting for the loo whilst someone takes a shower!

The location is convenient for getting to the central university campus or someone working in town. It is also a great place to live as it is there are lots of shops, cafes and pubs within minutes (for whenever going to the pub is a thing again). You are also close to both Arthurs seat and the meadows; in fact, we have a nice view of the crags from the livingroom window.

I am the owner of the flat and I currently live here with my partner. I have just started a new job in Glasgow and will stay there 50% of my time, so there will be just 2 of you in the flat for half the week. Therefore, the person you probably need to know most about is my partner, Charles, he is 28 and in the process of writing up his PhD thesis on cell biology. His hobbies include climbing, hiking and reading dystopian Si-Fi novels.

For ease, all bills and council tax are covered in the prices. We are happy to consider either young professionals or mature students.
