Spacious room in beautiful Newington flat

- - About the room - -
The room is very spacious and comes with a double bed, a desk, a drawer, a mirror and a closet. The view from the window is beautiful and you get amazing sunlight in the afternoon.

- - The property - -
The flat comes with a big, well equipped kitchen. We have a washing machine, two fridges and freezers and lots of cupboard space as well as a dining table where we enjoy flat dinners quite regularly. We also have a cozy little living room with a TV where we like to have movie or karaoke nights. Toilet and shower are separated which is really handy.

The flat is located between the Meadows and Holyrood Park with a 5 minute walking distance to each. There are endless opportunities for shopping, eating and drinking around the corner e. g. a Sainsburys right in front of the house, and a big Tesco and Lidl in 5-10 minute walking distance. The university of Edinburgh is very close as well and Princes Street and Waverly are a 15 minute walk away.

- - The household - -
You’d be living with four amazing postgraduate students. Everyone is very open, communicative and nice. We like to hang out quite regularly, having flat dinners, watching movies or going on day trips. However we’re also considerate of everyones personal space and there is no pressure to socialise if you don’t feel like it.

For council tax reasons it would be ideal if you were a student. We would consider professionals however who'd be willing to pay council tax alone.
