Double room to let Newington area city center

Two double bedrooms in a three bedroom flat available to rent from around beginning Sept 2021.

it is located in Clerk street, EH8 area. The flat has a square enterance hall, big kitchen and dinning room, big shower room and a separate toilet. It has gas central heating and secondary glazed windows in all bedrooms. It is fully furbushed with all facilities such as washing machine, fridge freezers etc in the kitchen. In each bedroom, double bed and mettress, desks and chairs and wardrobes etc are provided.

One super big room can be used as twin room and i am looking for a couple or two people to share and the rent is 650 pounds per month.

Another double room is still very big. I am looking for a single student to take it and the rent is 520 pounds.

You will share with one nice student who has been staying for last two years.

Bills are excluded but shared between all flatmates.

Internet fee is 40 pounds per month and shared between flatmates.
