Looking for Flat mate for south side flat

Looking for a flat mate to join our friendly and outgoing flat in south side Edinburgh newington. We enjoying spending time together sharing drinks, watching TV and general flat chit chat.

There is myself Connor aged 22, Jamie and Holly aged 28 and 21 respectively who are a couple and share their own room. All of 3 of us work, two of us work back shifts and are away most of the evening during the week and one is a university graduate who works from home and in the office sometimes.

An ideal candidate would be a student or young working individual who can keep a tidy house and also get involved in the fun socialising atmosphere we have.

The room comes furnished with two chest of drawers, cupboard space and a desk and chair. There is a dismantled bed however one piece needs repaired and I would advise anyone moving in to consider bringing their own or repairing. The room is double glazed and is the warmest room in the flat come winter time.

The rest of the flat is fully furnished and plenty of kitchen equipment for you to share with us.

We have no issues with anyone who smokes however we’d ask to be honest on application and to smoke in your room only. We would consider a couple moving in if this was requested. Room is roughly 6m by 5m.

The room is available to be moved in straight away however this would be after an agreement from all 3 flat mates and quick chat with the applicant. Ideally we would like someone to move in for the longer term however if anyone is requiring a short term (3+ months this can be considered)
