Looking a flatmate for next year

Hi I'm Ruadri from Ireland and I'm looking a flatmate for next year as my current flatmate has finished her degree and moving out at the end of May. Looking for someone who would want to stay at least a year.
The 2 bedroom flat is really nicely decorated and has 2 toilets - pretty rare for Edinburgh! Both rooms are double and relatively similar in size. They are pretty big and have a desk, wardrobe, drawers, exc.
I'm a chilled person who wants to connect with the person that I'm living with, however my degree (medicine) means that some weeks I wont be about the flat too much.
Ideally looking someone in a similar degree and similar age. Also open to moving to a new flat share however I believe that this flat currently is very good value for the location exc and the landlord is great!
