Double Room in friendly flatshare - short term let

We have a double room available from the beginning/middle of September and are looking for someone for the duration of 1 to 4 months. We are a friendly group of international postgraduate students in our mid 20s to early 30s, ideally looking to share the room with someone around our age.

The flat is on the third floor, with beautiful views over to Arthur's Seat from the kitchen. It is located 15 minutes' walking distance from the main Edinburgh Uni campus, and not too far from KB campus. All possible supermarkets (Co-op, Tesco, Sainsbury's & Lidl) are within a 10-min walking distance too. We have a large living room, which is great for hanging out and studying together. The kitchen is well-sized and comes with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fridge-freezer and microwave.

Broadband is included. Gas and electricity are about £40 to £60 a month and are included in the rent.
