Double Room in a friendly flatshare

We have a double room available from the beginning of March. We are a friendly group of international Master&Postgrad students in our late 20s, ideally looking to share with a student of our age.

The flat is on the third floor, with beautiful views over to Arthur's Seat from the kitchen. It is located 15 min walking distance from the main Edinburgh Uni campus, and not too far from KB campus. All possible supermarkets (Co-op, Tesco, Sainsbury's &Lidl) are within 10 min walking distance too. We have a large living room which is great for hanging out and studying together. The kitchen is well-sized and comes with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fridge-freezer and microwave.

Broadband is included. Gas and electricity are about £35 to £50 a month depending on the season (might vary due to recent rise in prices).
