Room to rent

Room to rent in Newington, with views to the meadows. It's south-facing so very bright and a quiet building. I would be looking for someone clean, tidy and respectful. A bit about me, I'm 40, spanish and work as cabin crew. I work shifts, sometimes I have to wake up really early so I'd like some who's mindful with noises. I like travelling, hiking, reading... I like my own space but I'd like to share with someone who's friendly and enjoy having a bit of a chat. I feel very much at home here and I'd love that you also feel at home and not someone who treats it like a hotel. It goes through agency so you'll have to pass all the checks.
